Selon lui, il est temps que l\u2019Afrique se dote de ses propres outils pour juger sa performance \u00e9conomique sans biais externes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouvelle agence de notation panafricaine devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnelle d\u2019ici juin 2025.
